Any self-respecting woman must try these

What must you try i hear you ask or not....Tin-tams Crush Honeycomb...yummy yummy...my MIL got me onto these but she is right when she says that there is not enough of them in a packet

they go so very fast

one minute you look and there before you is a lovely full packet just waiting for you to start and blam

then they're all gone

Sniff, cry, sniff oh well will just have to open one of the other 12 packets I've brought

Rolling, rolling, rolling hehehehe

Well what else could you eat while embarking on your first ever YAAD assignment?

Nothing

oh well perhaps tin-tams with a good glass of Chardonnay...of which i need a refill oh dear...

OK back glass re-filled and ready to go...hmmm i wonder will my YAAD teachers read this..hmm maybe i should take out the glass of Chardonnay part wouldn't want them to know that they have driven me to drink already LOL

I'd better get back to my assignment and stop stalling..plus I'm running out of Tin-tams...

Tragic for sure

Funny how others view us here in Australia

Q: Does it ever get windy in Australia ? I have never seen it rain on TV,
how do the plants grow? ( UK ).

A: We import all plants fully grown and then just sit around watching them
die.

Q: Will I be able to see kangaroos in the street? ( USA )

A: Depends how much you've been drinking.

Q: I want to walk from Perth to Sydney - can I follow the railroad tracks?
( Sweden )

A: Sure, it's only three thousand miles, take lots of water.

Q: Can I bring cutlery into Australia ? ( UK )

A: Why? Just use your fingers like we do.

Q: Are there supermarkets in Sydney and is milk available all year round?
( Germany )

A: No, we are a peaceful civilization of vegan hunter/gatherers.
Milk is illegal.

Q: I have a question about a famous animal in Australia , but I forget its
name. It's a kind of bear and lives in trees. ( USA )

A: It's called a Drop Bear. They are so called because they drop out of
Gum trees and eat the brains of anyone walking underneath them.
You can scare them off by spraying yourself with human urine before you go
out walking.

Q: Do you celebrate Christmas in Australia ? ( France )

A: Only at Christmas

Q: Will I be able to speak English most places I go? ( USA )

A: Yes, but you'll have to learn it first

Happy Mother's Day

Yes i know it was yesterday but was too tired to blog yesterday....my what a wonderful day i had...breakfast in bed...lots of pressies...a walk along Warner's Bay then great coffee and fish & chips for lunch...dinner cooked for me and then bed....hmmm lovely

What is all the more amazing is that I am a Mother...for some un-known reason each time Mother's day comes around i look at my son and think wow your my son...and I'm your mum...god how i love to say that....and that is a big turn up for the books for sure.

On a sadder note...some families may not have had such a good mother's day with a very bad car crash at Warner's Bay and another one at morriset...my thoughts go out to all those involved.
